Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to TWICE Esports. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://twiceesportsph.com, TWICE Esports community features, Creator Notify, Discord notification features, admin tools, and related services.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
Additional TikTok, Discord, hosting, database, authentication, or security terms may also apply when you use those third-party services.
2. About TWICE Esports
TWICE Esports is a community website and Discord-connected community service for players, members, and creators.
The website includes community applications, member reports, creator listings, admin tools, Discord notifications, and TikTok Creator Notify.
TWICE Esports is not TikTok or Discord. TikTok and Discord are third-party services with their own terms, policies, account rules, availability, and platform requirements.
3. Operator and Contact
TWICE Esports is operated by TWICE Esports, represented for contact purposes by TWICE Nayeon.
Operator: TWICE Esports
Representative: TWICE Nayeon
Email: nayeoncodmdrive@gmail.com
Website: https://twiceesportsph.com
Jurisdiction: Philippines
4. Eligibility
You must be legally allowed to use the website in your location.
You must follow applicable TikTok, Discord, and other platform age, account, and authorization rules.
You must not use features, admin tools, creator links, or accounts that you are not authorized to use.
5. User Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through their accounts.
You must provide accurate information where required and must not use another person's website account without authorization.
TWICE Esports can restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or access for Terms violations, security issues, abuse, unauthorized use, or community safety reasons.
6. Community Features
The website supports community applications, reports, member features, creator listings, messages or shoutbox content when enabled, and related community workflows.
Users are responsible for the content, usernames, in-game names, links, images, and information they submit through the website.
TWICE Esports can review, moderate, remove, or restrict user-submitted content to operate the website, protect the community, enforce these Terms, and address safety or legal concerns.
7. Admin and Moderation Tools
Admin and moderation features are restricted to authorized roles.
Admins and authorized staff must use tools responsibly and only for legitimate community, security, support, Creator Notify, and website operation purposes.
Audit logs may be kept for admin actions, moderation actions, role changes, Creator Notify changes, login events, security events, and accountability.
Misuse of admin or moderation tools can result in removal of access, account restriction, and other appropriate action.
8. TikTok Creator Notify Feature
Creator Notify lets TWICE Esports notify its configured Discord community when authorized creators publish new public TikTok videos.
Admins can add TikTok creator profile links. The system creates a private authorization link for that creator.
The creator must authorize their own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit. After successful authorization and account match verification, TWICE Esports can use TikTok APIs to read that creator's public video metadata.
New public videos can trigger Discord notifications in the configured community channel.
9. TikTok Authorization Rules
Only the owner or authorized manager of the TikTok account may authorize it for Creator Notify.
Creators must not authorize another creator's private link with the wrong TikTok account.
TWICE Esports verifies that the authorized TikTok username or profile matches the creator profile assigned to the private authorization link. If the account does not match, authorization is rejected.
The website does not collect TikTok passwords and does not ask creators to enter TikTok credentials on the TWICE Esports website. TikTok authorization happens through TikTok's official authorization flow.
Creators can request removal or disconnection by emailing nayeoncodmdrive@gmail.com with their TikTok username.
10. TikTok Video Notifications
Only authorized creators are checked by Creator Notify.
TWICE Esports reads only authorized creators' public TikTok video metadata through TikTok APIs.
Checks are periodic and are not guaranteed to be instant.
Notifications may include creator name, display name, caption, hashtags, thumbnail, watch link, and related public video metadata.
Duplicate prevention is used to avoid repeated Discord notifications for the same video.
TWICE Esports does not guarantee notification timing or delivery.
11. Discord Notifications
Discord notifications are sent to a configured community channel.
Messages may include mention text such as @everyone if configured by admins.
Delivery depends on Discord permissions, Discord API availability, channel settings, bot or webhook access, and Discord service availability.
Ordinary users cannot send arbitrary Discord messages through the system.
12. User Content
You must not submit user content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Malware, phishing, spam, fraud, or security abuse
- Impersonation or unauthorized account use
- A privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or platform-rights violation
- False, misleading, deceptive, or submitted to manipulate community decisions

13. Prohibited Conduct

17. Service Availability
TWICE Esports does not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, error-free service, or perfect notification delivery.
Features can change, pause, or be removed as needed for operations, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or community management.
TikTok and Discord notifications can fail or be delayed because of third-party service issues, API limits, permissions, channel settings, token status, scheduled check timing, or other technical conditions outside TWICE Esports' control.

Creator Notify authorization can be revoked or removed. Creators can request TikTok disconnection or removal by email.
